This policy applies to all digital products purchased, downloaded or accessed through Blaque Noire.

 

1. What counts as a digital product?

Digital products may include:

  • PDF guides

  • Workbooks

  • Journals

  • Templates

  • Downloadable resources

  • Video lessons

  • Audio content

  • Courses

  • Digital bundles

  • Members area content

  • Free opt-in resources

 

Digital content is generally treated separately from physical goods under UK consumer rules. Guidance on digital content confirms that this includes data produced and supplied in digital form.

 

2. Access to your digital product

After purchase, you will receive access to your digital product through one or more of the following methods:

  • Instant download

  • Email link

  • Members area

  • Video access page

  • Download page

  • Another method explained at checkout

Please make sure the email address you provide at checkout is correct.

If you do not receive access, please check your junk or spam folder before contacting us.

 

3. Immediate access and cancellation rights

By purchasing a digital product and choosing to receive immediate access, you agree that the digital content will be made available to you straight away.

You also acknowledge that once the download has started, access has been granted, or the content has been delivered, you may lose your right to cancel the order.

This reflects UK rules around online digital content, where cancellation rights can be affected once digital content delivery begins with the customer’s agreement.

 

4. Recommended checkout wording

You should add this as a checkbox at checkout if Wix allows it:

“I agree to receive immediate access to my digital product and understand that once access is provided or the download begins, I may lose my right to cancel or request a refund.”

Ideally, this should be an unticked box that customers actively select before purchasing digital downloads.

 

5. Personal use only

All Blaque Noire digital products are for personal use only unless stated otherwise in writing.

You may:

  • Download the product for your own use.

  • Save a copy for personal reference.

  • Print a copy for personal use, if the product format allows.

  • Use the exercises, prompts or guidance for your own self-reflection and personal development.

You may not:

  • Resell the product.

  • Share the product with others.

  • Upload the product online.

  • Copy the product into your own product or programme.

  • Use the product for commercial workshops, coaching, courses or client work.

  • Rebrand, edit or reproduce the product as your own.

  • Distribute the product in free or paid communities.

  • Send the download link to other people.

 

6. Copyright

All digital products are protected by copyright.

Blaque Noire owns the rights to its digital products, including the written content, design, structure, exercises, prompts, worksheets, branding and supporting materials.

Unauthorised copying, sharing, distribution or resale is not permitted.

 

7. Product results and personal responsibility

Blaque Noire digital products are designed to support reflection, healing, self-awareness, mindset, personal growth and lifestyle development.

However, results will vary from person to person.

We cannot guarantee any specific emotional, personal, financial, professional, wellness or lifestyle outcome from using our products.

You are responsible for how you use and apply the information.

We reserve the right to update, remove, replace, discontinue or change any digital product at any time.

If you have already purchased a product, we recommend downloading and saving a personal copy where downloads are available.

In general, digital product purchases are non-refundable once access has been provided or the download has started, except where required by law or where we choose to offer a refund on a case-by-case basis.
