I created Blaque Noire because I know what it feels like to reach a point in life where things don’t quite look the way you thought they would.

To be navigating change, questioning what comes next, rebuilding your confidence and realising that maybe starting again doesn’t mean you’ve failed. Maybe it simply means you’re ready for something different.

Blaque Noire grew from my own experiences of burnout, career changes, getting older, figuring myself out and learning to stop measuring my life against where I thought I should be.

I wanted to create the kind of space I was looking for — somewhere Black women could have honest conversations about the messy middle of life, feel understood without having everything figured out, and find the encouragement, community and practical tools to move forward in their own way.

I’m figuring some of it out too. And I think there’s something powerful about doing that together
